Carlos Yeung To Lee had been learning
Chinese Kung Fu and Chinese Medication since he was seven. He had
followed fourteen Kung Fu Masters. Some of his masters are very famous
in Hong Kong, such as Master Lee Wing of Wing Chun, Master
Too Sum of Choi Lee Fat.
Master Lee Wing is the private disciple of Master Mak Po,
and Master Mak Po is the King of Wooden Dummy in
Wing Chun and he is also the private disciple of
Great Grand-Master YIP MAN. In other words,
Master
Carlos Yeung To Lee
is the
third generation
of
Great Grand-Master YIP MAN,
BRUCE
LEE is Master Carlos Lee's
Grand-uncle of Wing Chun Family Hierarchy.
Master
Lee, a well respected martial artist in his field, who has high level
training not only in Wing Chun but also in a number of other
styles of martial arts, such as Southern Shaolin,
Tai Qi, Self-defense, Inner Power Building Qi Gong,
Taekwondo, Lee's Kicks,
Choi Lee Fat, Stunt Man Training and Body Guard
Training. His proficiency in all these styles has inspired him to
create a philosophy which elevates Wing Chun to a new and unique
level which may not be available from other masters. In addition,
he is able to customize the program(s) to suit the individual's
physical ability and needs.
Owing to Master Lee's
enthusiasm for
Southern Shaolin, he determined to win the
Championship of Southern Shaolin. He followed Master Huang
Jian Gang,
the Instructor of China National Martial Art Team, three
years' championship of
China National Southern Shaolin Competition, to learn Southern
Shaolin. In 1987, Master Carlos Lee did
not disappoint his master,
Wong Kin Kong, he won the Champion of
7th Hong Kong Annual Martial Arts Open competition —
known as
The King
of Hong Kong Southern Shaolin. Master Lee never missed a chance to
upgrade himself in Kung Fu. He followed Master Song Wen,
General Referee of China National Martial Art
Team, to learn Tai Qi. Master Lee was being a tutor of
Martial Art since he was nineteen. He became a Master since he was only
twenty-two. At present, Master Carlos Lee is
tutoring
Wing Chun Jeek Kuen Do, Southern Shaolin, Tai Qi,
Self-defense, Inner Power Building Qi Gong,
Choi Lee Fat,
Lee's Kicks, Taekwondo,
Thai Boxing, Stunt Man Training
and
Body Guard Training.
Master Carlos Lee is a Traditional
Chinese Medication Practitioner and
Acupuncturist. He was not only learning Chinese Kung Fu, but also
Traditional Ancient Chinese medication as well. Master Lee was graduated
from The Chinese Herbalist Association Kowloon Traditional Chinese
Medicine College - Hong Kong, Chinese Institute of Surgery ,
St. John Ambulance, Vancouver Community College and
College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists
of British Columbia,
Langara College QATCM Acupuncture in
Treating Facial Aesthetics and Weight Loss. Besides, Master Carlos Lee is one of the chief
disciple of famous Traditional Chinese Medication Practitioners and
Acupuncturists Master Too Sum and Master Wu Kei in Hong Kong. Master Lee is an
expert in his field.
Master Carlos Lee was a famous artiste and Martial Art
Director in Hong Kong. He was also a Traditional Chinese Medicine
Practitioner and Acupuncturist of Jacky Chan Group, Sammo Hung
Group and most of Hong Kong celebrities in Hong Kong. Master Lee's
medical skill was very famous in Hong Kong's Movie field too.
In Dec'1989, Master
Carlos Lee immigrated to Canada. He carries on his will to publicize
Chinese Kung Fu and Traditional Chinese Medication all over Canada. He
tutors Disciples in Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary and Toronto. Master
Carlos Lee is an BC Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
and Acupuncturist, the lecturer of
Vancouver Institute of TCM & Acupuncture,
and Medical Consultant of
CHMB AM1320
Chinese Radio Channel.
Master Lee's present clinic and school (main) is in Richmond, BC.
Besides, Master Lee always spreads the
spirit and art of performance. He held two concerts, which were Lisa
Wang and Aaron Kwok. He always participates in Big events,
especially charity fund raising shows. Master Lee never forgets to pass
on the spirit of Acting / Performance and Kung Fu. We should learn his
spirit and follow. Master Lee established
Carlos Lee Free-fighting School for passing on the act as well as
the spirit of Chinese Kung Fu, especially Wing Chun and his
respect to Chinese Kung Fu. |
